Pros
Mec is a great Company. The people are very focussed on the job and the work flow. There is lots of room for advancement here at MEC.
Cons
There seems to be too much overhead and not enough employees. We all had to take a pay cut and when they finally started giving it back a little at a time then laid most of us off instead. When we went to the Christmas party there was so much over heat that I have never seen at our location, and a quarter of us left were employees. I worked in Screaming Circuits.
