Employee-centric company with a focus on “The Golden Rule” and 100% customer satisfaction. This was truly a great company to work for and with for 4 years.

Pros

The people really make this place. Very friendly and welcoming. Felt like I had been there for two years after two months. They are flexible and work with your schedule. Upper management is approachable and listens to your voice. They believe in adding fun into work.

Cons

Compensation packages tend to be on the lower side. This would include salary and 401K match.
