Not a bad job, but it'll take it's toll on you over time.
Pros
The pay is good. Depending on which department you work for, the hours are 3/12s, 4/10s, or 5/8s. You can start to move up in this company relatively freely compared to most companies. Supervisors are understanding as long as you adequately explain the problem. This includes things such as being late, and sick days as well. (Just don't push your luck.)
Cons
Communication between the supervisors and the employees could use work. The employees on the floor are known to spread rumors. Even if you believe you can trust someone, beware that there may be ears elsewhere from a passer-by. Company with Christian values. They often send chaplains around the floor. They don't preach, however, and will keep their distance if you request it. Repetition of the same menial task over the 12 hour shift may cause anxiety issues and/or panic attacks. (Multiple coworkers have complained about this.)
