Great Company with opportunities to work for a household brand. For those fresh out of college, great experience and mentoring to learn the commercial side of an industry and best practices with the right manager. Good pay and good working environment along with the culture aspect. Good work life balance.

Fast pace, opportunity to design new tools

Cons

Poor HR leadership which doesn't have HR experience and knowledge, doesn't know to create an HR strategy with business leaders, and they don't know who to leverage the experienced HR talent they have in their organization.
