The cons are that management is all over the place, favoritism, racism, belittling. If you don’t fit into certain cliques or groups you’re totally blackballed within. Bonus structure is awful; essentially luck of the draw based on your territory and nothing more you can do about it. Even if your crushing it, your personal sales wins will not really move the needle. It is luck of the draw based on territory. Annual bonus structure with quarterly payout on “specific categories” NOT commission! You could be a rockstar and go into a horrible territory; sell like a legend and then not get a bonus because it’s based on annual growth (how is that sales?) If you want to go to a great territory and not do anything, this might be the company for you because there is potential you can sit at home and not do anything and take home the 30% bonus, while counterparts who actually work hard will take home nothing based on the low volume territory they inherited.
