      Pros

      All resources necessary to perform the role are provided to you without question or hesitation. You'll work with highly motivated and intelligent individuals. If you like a work hard play hard environment and are into tools, this is the place for you. Some of the things you end up designing are plain cool. In 4 years, this place molded me into a much stronger engineer than I was coming out of school.

      Cons

      Sometimes you may find yourself working a little.. too hard. If you have a busy personal life, consider how much time you have to dedicate to career. This can easily turn into a 50-60hr job, and I think others would agree that it's fully baked into the company culture. Night calls with China will also be common in some roles. You HAVE to be efficient with your work. If you're not ready to drink the red cool-aid, don't apply.

      Cool products, enjoyed the type of work and teammates. Young culture (also can be a con)

      Cons

      super aggressive timing, work-overload. Micro management to its core. Young culture, not a great fit for family oriented folks. Work hard - Party hard mentality not suited for all...
