The pay and benefits were decent

Cons

Business units have longstanding history at MT and therefore pretty much control IT. Because there was a shortage of IT staff in the past, the business was often reluctant to receive technical support. Due to the “unusual” culture, it was sometimes challenging to build relationships, and being rude appeared to be the accepted norm. Continuous low-key layoffs instead of addressing leadership issues....
