      - Excellent people: Greatly enjoy working with all of my coworkers. - Great benefits/Facilities: subsidized coffee shop+cafeteria are so nice. - Management wants you to do what you're interested in and encourages everyone to speak up about interests and take action. - Management understands that each engineer is different, has different skills, and are at different levels. They encourage and support professional development, asking questions, and learning on the job.

      Cons

      - "Speed, Agility, Urgency" often causes more stress than good results. - Project timelines are typically very short. - Everyone is super busy, which can limit support, when needed. - There's a lot of "Kool-aid" drinking, with respect to company culture and "market dominance"

      What keeps me here is the culture; it’s honestly the best part of the company. Leadership encourages you every step of the way, and the “grind” of the job becomes something you genuinely enjoy because of the people around you. One thing I love is that management pairs you with two mentors who actually know what they’re doing. They guide you through your career with real insight, not just generic advice. The workplace environment is energizing and positive. It never feels like I’m dragging myself into work; it feels like I’m showing up to my favorite hobby. There’s always something to learn, and the opportunities for growth feel real and attainable. And best of all, TRUE WORK LIFE BALANCE.
