      - Unclear Strategy - Short term amnesia to decision making - Slow to make leadership changes. Tenured senior leaders who provide questionable output to their title - The high level of culture is a facade, often hiding really issues that aren't addressed

      Really good healthcare benefits for full time employees. Culture is EVERYWHERE, practiced and valued.

      Cons

      Fast paced working environment. If you are not willing to adapt and learn then Milwaukee will not be the right fit.
