Pros

Excellent benefits. Employee discount and company is growing very fast.

Cons

Milwaukee doesn’t provide opportunities unless you’re a 6’0” white male. High turnover.

Pros

-Many options for promotion and movement (especially if willing to relocate) -Relocation assistance -Company vehicle, insurance, gas, and phone -You primarily make your own schedule -Job not based on individual quotas as long as growth is evident and you can speak to your progress

Cons

-If on a new team, your training might be more trial by error or not specifically outlined -depending on your market or team, be prepared to work after hours sometimes -You have to be prepared for more travel and longer hours the higher you go in the company -May not be a con depending on who you are, but be aware that some customers, business associates, and even teammates can be party animals -Capped bonus of $6k if you are below territory manager
