Not being trained. No computer for 3 weeks, so I stared at the blank monitor. Locked out of account for over two weeks. A toxic culture where the managers encourage you to snitch and report other employees. Have team meeting how the department could “help me grow” without even inviting to the meeting. Racial generalizations behind closed doors and overall dehumanization of contract employees. Feeling that you are replaceable in a minute. Very unorganized with standard processes approaches that are not logical.
