Pros

Fun and energetic team to work with and it makes you feel like you are really doing rewarding work. The people you work with will help support you in any way needed. Feedback is taken into consideration and changes can be made based on employees' ideas.

Cons

The vacation time is lacking. The group speaks to work-life balance but I wonder if the company practices this as well as it's not in anything I've seen documented. They also currently do not offer any days if you are to have a child and you will instead have to take partially paid leave.

3 rounds of interviews 1st : Recruiter 2nd: Manager 3rd: Team Reasonable Offer Great team and onboarding Great employee discount.

Cons

Nothing negative so far, everything goes smooth.
