Pros
This is a company that is growing fast and is focused on continuing that growth. This means that processes and procedures need to move fast to keep up. For the most part, the people and managers know this and are constantly looking for ways to improve. If you are inclined to contribute to this, you can go a long way in this company. I've been here 2 years but thus far don't feel like I'm pressured to work long hours. But when I'm at work, there is plenty to do. They also understand the work/life balance and are flexible when you have commitments/appointments during the day.
Cons
Things move fast, if you're used to a slower pace this might not be the place for you. This doesn't mean you are pushed to work long hours, but you do need to keep moving and improving.
