Thank you for your review as a former employee. We hope you have moved on to bigger and better things! You are right that cold calling and lead prospecting can be a challenge. Sales is an environment in which you have to think creatively and proactively which is a hard skill to master. We are now offering more Sales specific training which we hope will 1) Prepare Sales Associates and Reps to meet their goals and 2) Help you guys feel supported during the ebb and flow. This training was created directly from this kind of feedback so we are hopeful this area of the business and the people involved will continue to grow and thrive!

MINDBODY hires culturally and has a strong set of core values that are used to measure performance quarterly. With a little initiative, you can get involved in just about anything you want to learn more about here. Recruiting is super helpful and MINDBODY loves to promote from within, so there's definitely potential for advancement. Our niche market also consists of mostly pretty great people, and it feels good to part of a company that values health and wellness and works to support small business owners. Stellar benefits, including health and wellness funds each month.

Cons

This is a fast-growing company, which can be challenging. Things change quickly and often, so you have to think on your feet and pay attention. I don't know that this would be a great fit for someone who enjoys a lot of routine and consistency.

Honestly, everything they say about MINDBODY is true. I am happy. I genuinely want to add value to the company and have endless opportunities to do so. They hire people that possess the core values of the company and that has proven to pay huge dividends because you know what you get, you know who you work with and for and that provides amazing peace of mind.

Cons

I took a pay cut to come here. It was 100% worth it, and now, after 1 year, I've made up that difference.
