11yThank you for telling us about your experience. You are right that watching the competition and making sure we are on the cutting edge of our industry is key. I know that Sales Management knows this and we are evolving our product to keep with the times (with the addition of mobile apps and even better user features coming out of development/user research) though it can seem like this is slow moving from a Sales standpoint. We will continue to improve with our software and internal functions with reviews like yours that let us know what we can do better, thank you for that!
