At MINDBODY, we do our best to provide a compensation package that is as competitive as possible and base future wage increases on performance. We encourage you to have an open and constructive dialogue with your supervisor about your salary so they can provide more transparent information about what is available for increases, how and when increases are available, and what your options are for negotiating your pay. We also encourage you to discuss any wage concerns with HR if you feel you are not getting an appropriate response from your supervisor. As a growing company competing a tough SaaS market, agility and swift decisions are often needed, and sometimes at the expense of thorough communication. This is an issue we’re trying to resolve through videos from our CEO, and more stand up or town hall meetings within teams and departments.
