Glad you are happy here! Don't be deceived by the Kombucha keg, birthday banners, potlucks, and office shenanigans. Come quarterly review time we are being assessed for our contributions and leadership among other goals. We may appear laid back, but you can bet that everyone is working hard to play hard!

Pros

- Core values are lived by at MINDBODY. This is why the staff is so great - they are chosen largely based on their alignment with the companies core values. - Health and Wellness is a large focus, so plenty of activities, classes, and opportunity to live a healthy, balanced life - Flexible work schedule (depending on position)

Cons

- Growing pains - Low pay overall (but good benefits). Typically appears to be that it's a good company to start your career at, but may not be possible to stay for a long time. Many people who have been at the company for 2+ years are at much too low pay and have not been brought up to the level the company is hiring at :(

At MINDBODY, we do our best to provide a compensation package that is as competitive as possible and base future wage increases on performance. We encourage you to have an open and constructive dialogue with your supervisor about your salary so they can provide more transparent information about what is available for increases, how and when increases are available, and what your options are for negotiating your pay. We also encourage you to discuss any wage concerns with HR if you feel you are not getting an appropriate response from your supervisor. As a growing company competing a tough SaaS market, agility and swift decisions are often needed, and sometimes at the expense of thorough communication. This is an issue we’re trying to resolve through videos from our CEO, and more stand up or town hall meetings within teams and departments. Thank you for your feedback and reminding us how important it is to communicate "the Why." We love Simon Sinek’s model on this style of communication and will do our best to keep improving in this area.
