No cons at all!!! I honestly really love it here

• Leadership culture is extremely inconsistent and unprofessional, creating a stressful and unpredictable environment. • Management behaviors often blur personal and professional boundaries, leading to a loss of trust across the team. • Workplace gossip and inappropriate personal involvement among leadership make the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. • Policies are enforced selectively. Certain behaviors are overlooked for some staff while others are heavily penalized for similar or lesser issues. • Scheduling is disorganized. Staff regularly receive 5–6 hour assignments with the same client, and “mistakes” only get corrected when confronted. • Employee input on schedules is often ignored, leading to chronic burnout. • Communication has drastically declined in the absence of upper leadership, and operations feel unstable. • Overall morale has dropped significantly due to lack of transparency, accountability, and consistent leadership.
