Pros

I’ve been in the ABA field for five years, and Mindcolor has been the best experience I’ve had. My center doesn’t feel like a big-box ABA company — it’s warm, supportive, and genuinely focused on good, child-centered ABA. We do a lot of NET, the culture is positive, everyone is kind and fun to work with, and the center has a really homey vibe. I also love that we get actual lunch breaks. As a Peer Mentor, I feel respected and valued, and leadership really does listen.

Cons

As it goes with ABA the job can be physically and emotionally demanding at times, but the supportive environment helps a lot.
