      Pros

      Employee appreciation, snacks, amazing staff, amazing BCBA's, cohesive work environment, admin time if client cancels, beautiful and fun clinic for the kiddos, schedule changes twice a year to prevent burnout, etc, somewhat flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Clients can sometimes be draining on mental health but that is any RBT job. Small raises at review periods, even if you have a great review.
