Working for Mindcolor Autism allows me to continually learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects. The supportive environment and collaborative teamwork for both remote and center employees makes working here enjoyable. Management is diligent about gathering employee feedback often to ensure they are listening to concerns and suggestions.

Cons

None come immediately to mind other than healthcare and 401K benefits can always be improved.

Amazing supervisors and support available. Recognition was provided frequently and was highly appreciated and motivating. Lots of prep time was provided for sessions.

Cons

Didn't recieve much compensation for travel.
