      You get paid to play with play-dough

      Cons

      Do not work at the castle rock location. Work environment is toxic. Management is what you would expect at any poorly run ABA center. Head BCBA is always on vacation and kids stay on programs way longer than needed. Benefits are no good and neither are the hours. Made ~24000 in one year.

      Pros

      This company provides ample training and provides training and pays for you to get your RBT. They break up the 40 hour training by having you shadow clients. Everyone here makes you feel so special and supported. Bcbas are attentive and more involved than I have seen working at other clinics. Em, is simply amazing and does a great job in making us feel supported and looked after.
