I do not have any cons to list. My overall experience as an RBT with Mindcolor was fantastic. This is a great company providing exceptional care to clients and families. Mindcolor has raised the bar for what ABA services should look like and how RBTs should be supported by their company and leaders.

I have really been liking my job at Mindcolor. My supervisors are always supportive. The team atmosphere is fun and caring. Everyone cares about their kiddos. After mixed experiences at other companies in the field, my time at Mindcolor has really been unique and special. I'm really glad I found them!

Mindcolor was an amazing job. I had just moved and was nervous about starting a new job and they were the most welcoming group of leaders. We ended up relocating but it is a job I’ll always remember.

Cons

Lots of driving, but plenty of time to commute
