Pros
As with any employer review, I am sure each location center is a bit different depending on the culture and leadership, but at my center the leadership has been fantastic and the team is so caring. We all look out for one another and do what's best for the clients. In this field scheduling is always one of the biggest challenges but knowing my team has my back and I have theirs when there is an unexpected callout or cancellation is a great feeling to have. RBTs are giving sufficient in the beginning to train and work on deficit areas before getting paired with kiddos, and we always find ways to learn and grow as a team.
Cons
Center and regional leadership could spend a bit more time on site listening to team members and address their feedback. At times it feels like the company is overly accommodating to the clients and kiddos and there is a need to strike a balance between care for the team and clients. For example, they often let go of client cancellations and are less accommodating with team member cancellations
