      Pros

      I work at a relatively new location so things are still getting going but so far it's been good. The supervisors are good and supportive. The days are a mix of working with kiddos and center opening tasks.

      Lower pay given increase in gas prices

      I've enjoyed my experience so far. Everyone is nice and supportive and most importantly patient. RBTs are allowed to be themselves and do their best work

      Administrative burdens -- lengthy session notes, session verifications, etc.

      I love my BCBA supervisors. They are so supportive and provide great supervision. Usually around 10-15% of my time is supported by a BCBA which is much higher than other places I've worked at

      There are some cliches forming but can happen in any work place
