- can bet you would never be sitting on bench - overloaded with work, which ultimately increases your experience by 3-4 times.

Cons

- need to have their own campus with lot more facilities.

good place for freshers to learn things.

Cons

lots of politics. no management team. experienced people don't have any value. the leads don't have any technical knowledge, they r doing things by gussying.

Pros

Good for freshers who do not have any other option. You will be be given lots of responsibilities and project work even if you are a fresher. You may learn a lot (that depends upon your style of work) Flexible work timings

Cons

Poor appraisals, Poor salary if you join as a fresher. No appreciation for your contribution towards work done No work-life balance, you will be expected to stay late, 6 days working (not officially though) You wont get your PF, even though it will be deducted from your salary! Dont' fall for their employee benefits schemes (there are lots of hidden clauses)
