Great learning opportunities, Lots of technologies to work with, Minimum hierarchy, Fine/Moderate Pay Package

Cons

Too stringent to interns for completion of 6 months even when college obligations are over, No stipend, 24-Hour Work expectation due to similar commitment to client, Zero leisure facilities, Boring and monotonous work environment, Strange management ways to play with employees minds with regards to bonuses, Constant threatening of lay offs to employees
