Pros

- Free lunch (but bad and unhygenic, worms are found regularly). - None as such.

Cons

- No training... You’ll get zero training. Company doesn’t invest even 1 rupee in training n development for employees. - No career... Many people are forced to work on low quality projects and very very old technologies. Many are forced to work under fake names of employees who have left the company years ago. After working here, you’ll have to struggle very hard to join better companies. - Weak leadership... Management consists of a bunch of local people who are unqualified and unprofessional.

Pros

Work from home. Not for all.

Cons

- If Mindfire shuts down your career shuts down too because no other company works on the technology they work on. Evaluate your technology before you chose to join or continue. Else you will be left with 2 options either go for higher studies or start your career again as a freshman. - Delusional salary structure. Big chunk comes as bonus which can be crossed off any time. - No hierarchy. - No HR is there to hear employee concern. - For Mindfire, Java = Servoy. Out of the world equation which no body outside Mindfire will ever understand.

Pros

1.Work from home( which turns out to be just another management trick to get you to work from home even though you applied for a leave because your mentors, so to say keep calling you) 2. Good compensation 3. Free lunch

Cons

1. The office premises lie in probably the worst areas of Noida. 2. Many people think it is a good learning place for freshers, but the case is not so. Trust me, you will kind of end up as a jack of all, master of none. If you wish for a small stagnating career, then thumbs up, join this. Else please look out somewhere else. You might earn a little less or probably not but it will do you tons of good in the future. 3. They never respect an employee. And if this goes on for long, The CEO will be left with his good for nothing team of tail wagging 'highly knowledgeable' people. The ship will sink for sure, if you know what i mean. 4. They lure you by giving extra money, which will not be counted in your ctc. And then they find ways to take that money back by getting cross team reviews done. That is insane. What if i am not satisfied with the credibility of the reviewer. I have been assigned a project which was supposedly led by one of the top most people here. And the code is pathetic. How do i trust him if he is to review my code. 5. I don't have anyone to rely on for any kind of technical help. No one to rely on for any other help. There is no HR. No One who i can term a technical lead. 6. As for code reviews, Only thing that matters is the beautification of code. 7. No software development lifecycle processes are ever used. You just start working on it. Without even being clear of the requirements. 8. Lack of good projects. 9. I have seen the biggest cowards in this company who cannot take a stand for what is right. They can go to any extent to please the clients. 10. Totally unprofessional.
