Pros

- Flexible timing - Work from home - Free lunch(recently introduced and it is getting worse day by day) - Free Breakfast - Friday Work from home (optional)

Cons

- Very less leaves, in 2015 it gets even reduced by another 4 days. - Company doesn't have a board, its more like an one man army. - Company doesn't have policies/plan to go big. - No project leads any more, no one to guide the freshers or a project. - No valuable training for freshers. - With no training to freshers, and the irony is company expects them to work like an experienced guy. - No career growth for experienced, better to leave the company within 2-3 years of working here. - Completely an offshore company, no chance of onsite projects. - Nothing such as company pays a lot, there are thousand other companies which pays even more than mindfire does, only thing is they don't advertise like mindifre does. - No SDLC, or Agile method is followed. - Poor infrastructure to be an IT company. - After 15 years, company is still proud to be in Deliotte fast 500

Pros

NOTE: There are so many which come with DOUBLE STAR Conditions Apply Good Salary (most of salary ingredients belong to variable section, they might remove it any time #MyChoice) Work From Home (be ready to get the blame if something goes wrong even after 3-4 months) Winter Vacation (fixed 5 days off in the last of the year, but parallely they deducted 4 days from our leave list. Earlier we had 18 days off whenever we want now we can take only 14 leaves.) Free Lunch & Breakfast (There are some conditions here as well but I least bother about those. :) ) Flexible Timings ( yes its too flexible that you can stretch it (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM) but can't compress it. I mean if you want to go early on some day you have to make up on the next day. No body cares about that you work late night very often. Its Flexible enough for our HRs.) Financial help in your health crisis (No conditions I guess.)

Cons

This company is running by a confused CEO and some managers who never think about their employees. There are two sides of any coin and they always ignore the other side of it. They never think about side effects of any new policy and I think glassdoor is a medium to tell our problems to top level management. What our project manger thinks about the project: If clients are happy, implies everything is going good. He doesn't care about the work environment, work pressure which is getting worst day by day. In case something went wrong with the project, every one loses their mind, so many code reviews will be scheduled, so many calls from CEO, Bonus deduction from your salary and so on. I want to ask something: 1: Why these code reviews, DB reviews are being done after release of the project? 2: Why all the planning done after release of the project? 3: Why nobody questions our immediate lead? 4: Why all the rules and regulations are made for us(Developers/QAs/Designers | bottom level employees)? Our leads who never bother about when we leave at the end of the day, they bother about when you have entered inside the office, how much time you spent on your desk, what all are the tabs opened in your browser. They have one solution for every problem, "We will work on weekends." There is zero trust shown by our leads for developers who works under them. They interfere in your personal life and possibly they try to connect your personal stuff with the ongoing project. They ignore your ideas/suggestion. Our Code Reviewers: These guys will review your code after you pushed your codes to production. They think they are the most superior people and never accept their mistakes if any. They talk in a very harsh way, which is not at all professional. There are two HRs but no one of use. First one never comes to office, last I saw her at the time of my joining and another one has very flexible time schedule(compressed as I described above). So forget about any issue if you have. :( I think Deepika Padukone's #MyChoice video was very much inspired by our CEO. New policies/changes introduced by our beloved CEO in recent past which goes up and down within short span of time. eg: Let's have bonus for everyone #MyChoice Let's not have any appraisal this year #MyChoice Let's have internal review to fire some people. #MyChoice Let's stop this internal review. #MyChoice I want to share one incident, He decided not to give appraisal this year because we already got 12k as bonus few months back. So someone suggested, 'if you are not okay with appraisal, at least you can add the bonus or some part of bonus in our CTC' and his reply was mind blowing 'what if ISIS attacks or some apocalyptic situations like in 2012 movie happens then everyone's ' Does it make any sense? This is how top level people talk here.

Pros

Nothing that stands out from other companies.

Cons

A lot problems and issues.. 1. You can be removed anytime from the smooth going project and some people with less experience will be added to destroy the project and client. 2. They never considers employee's desire to work on any specific technology. Anybody can be added to anything on any time. 3. A 8-10 yrs exp. who used to lead team of 15-20 people is suddenly asked to write code. Nothing is fixed/static here.
