Good work culture and employee get work from home facility. People can take LOP when they want. But there is only 6 days leave ; they say "every day is a holiday". Dear policy maker- Every day can be a holiday for only CEO, COO or the governing body. (as per their policy). I truly respect the idea of the CEO ; however the idea does not hold good when it reaches in ground.No manager want to give and leave to its employee......that is the basic thumb rule....... When the idea reaches in ground lever ; it is like " every day is a working day".........expect those 6 days...
Cons
Office facility is not good. Toilets and wash rooms are sticky. Every day is a holiday policy is not working. At least give 25 days leave in a year.
