- everybody stays late here. - sometimes less importance is given on quality of project.

Freedom to work from anywhere. Best environment to Learn and Grow. Salary Raise - beyond expectation when you really work hard !! :)

Cons

No CMMI level achieved so far. Not sure why :( Though ISO certified.

Joke on the name of holiday (marking each day as holiday) Doesn't stand on commitment (especially CEO) Don't care about the experienced employee (except LEADS)
