Pros

Learnt a lot in terms of of technical skill enhancement and also in taking up responsibilities. Manager was awesome, always ready to help and keen to learn himself. Mindfire hosts team parties of organization parties which are fun to attend and also the international trips :)

Cons

Management could have been more empathetic towards the employees.

1.Learning is awsome, 2.SEO, Upper Management thinking, u can talk to ur CEO about any problem at any point of time, and this i have experienced myself 3.Salary level Obviously its very good for starting level, even better then some of the A+ indian companies like Infy, TCS, wipro 4.Till now my experience is really good with the people here, 5.Super-Duper Flexible, and by this i mean, complete ur task with responsibility from any part of the country no issue, they won't stop you 6.No mangers, People having management responsibilities are actually leads here, great and unique thought i have seen here

Cons

1.Cafeteria Problem 2.No daily cabs, cabs are available only after 8pm for females and after 10pm for males
