Pros

Very nice people that work there.

Cons

Unless you're C-Level, you are not going to be valued a lot. It's a weird work atmosphere and the company lunch meetings are full of uncomfortable projections.

An excellent place to work for, for awhile

Pros

- Cool work space (climbing walls, VR room, ping pong) - Very intelligent and driven people - Mostly agile environment - Supportive of training, mostly. (Only if there is a lack of billable work.) - Good benefits - Allows working from home in some situations

Cons

- Pay is not competitive with other tech companies in the area. Nearly everyone there recognizes this, but Mindgrub keeps people working there because it is filled with awesome people. It is a great place to learn and grow. - Nearly every project goes long. Clients are sold on a quick turnaround even if it's impossible. This seemed to be improving recently, though. - Little to no plans for employee growth
