Company spends a lot of time supporting staff
Pros
I've worked a lot of places over the course of my career. I've never seen senior management spend as much time focused on how to make the workplace one where people can be excited to come to work every day. Sure, there's a high priority placed on performance. We do work hard. But we play hard too. It's very hard for me to understand how anyone would find or perceive management as not very connected to their people and their career tracks.
Cons
Company should conduct more in depth exit interviews to understand all points of view. Communications are a two way street and we need to hear all opinions. Realizing we can't likely satisfy everyone, we can get better at understanding the occasional discontented point of view, in order to make things more constructive in the future.
