A circus run by incompetent clowns

Pros

The only reason I haven't gone insane from the stress is my coworkers. Without their support, I honestly don't know where I would have ended up.

Cons

Mindgrub Technologies is a sorry excuse for a company run by incompetent, greedy clowns who have no idea what they're doing. Every decision that the leadership makes is solely driven by profit, and a lot of the time, those decisions come from their mistakes since they refuse to take accountability for any of their actions. Employees are constantly burnt out because the leadership keeps setting unrealistic expectations for them with support. They also take advantage of employees by making false promises, telling employees that they would be getting promotions, but never actually pulling through with any of them. If you're looking for a company to grow your career, this is the last place you should be looking.

Things Became Worse When Some Good Leaders Left

Pros

I spent a lot of time thinking about this, but I genuinely can't come up with any pros to working here.

Cons

This workplace had some smart leaders once, but things became terrible when those smart ones left. Now, this place is full of incompetent, clueless, evil, and fake leaders who claim to care for employees but don't do that in reality. I was tired of the stressful targets and fear-inducing deadlines. Quitting was the only choice I had.

I've never seen employee morale so low!

Other positions can work from home. but not this,

Cons

Even after years in the business, management still hasn't figured out how to lead and manage the company! Employees leaving regularly increased the turnover rate drastically! I've never seen employee morale so low!
