      Benefits are ok but insurance is high

      Cons

      The company has some great qualities but it is all about what clique you are a part of. If you are not in that clique, you are the enemy. Training is the worst. Middle management in some geographical areas are great but in others it is the worse. You ask for help and don't get it and when you speak up you are now the issue. Don't come work with the Gulf Coast team because you have to be a part of that clique
