Pros

The continuous education to stay up to date on old and new products. Continuous review of the sequences of the operation of equipment. Ability to negotiate pricing on residential and commercial equipment to be competitive with other distributors.

Cons

There were no significant downsides to working for Mingledorff's, Inc.
