Great work atmosphere. They love to take care of their employees and are very involved with creating a comfortable atmosphere. There are great benefits offered and pay is substantial compared to competitors.

Cons

Duties often call for extra time being put in outside of normal work hours.

Management in this company plays favorites. It is amazing how some can get away with anything just because of their gender. Store level management needs to learn to value their employees.

Really good people that worked as a team for the most part.Was never micro managed. Good products.Great benefits. Open company employees kept well informed about the company.
