Pros

Great team of people to work with. If the pandemic didn't absolutely decimate production, this is an excellent place to grow and set your roots.

Cons

Resources are low and the demand of consumer is extremely high. For a person who shoots for satisfying the customer, this job can take a toll on you since you have to constantly compromise instead of meeting customer needs.
