      Pros

      If you meet good people , then u are really lucky.

      Cons

      People who work longer than you or higher status than you will mistreat you. They go by the rule of “ cusomter is always right “ which you are always at fault even if you did the right thing. pay is really Low and they expect a lot . Does not listen to product feedback. No benefit in working here. Not even staff discount. When there is manpower shortage , you have to go back to work even if it is your off day.

      Pros

      Typical Retail environment, not much in terms of pros when compared to other benefits from previous jobs I've had.

      Cons

      Poor company culture; All decisions are top-down from senior management. Associates have zero say in quality of life changes. Store management trains poorly and expects associates to rake in a lot of upsale, even on slow weekdays. Low hours.
