In Miniso Bangladesh, it's all about blame-games. Very demotivating. The MD kills the spirit too work by never appreciating. Nothing is enough. You might even forget what you were capable of let alone learning something new because of the way they put you down.

Politics, politics in the office all the time. Hire for friends and family for all positions. No discount. No respect. The Chinese COO boss expected you to throw all your experiences and professional skills out the window. He wants you to do as he say, no matter what. He is not looking for people to work with, but to be his slave. He speaks no respect nor knowledge of any kind. He especially disrespect women and other races. He makes all decisions, micro manage everything but takes no responsibilities on any outcome. He cares only for himself yet he is looking for loyalty. He loves to make empty promises and lies, so you will keep on working for him. He doesn't care about America laws nor human rights. As he worked you to the last breath you have, he toss you like a piece of trash. The COO forgot this is America not China. The HQ and COO will always be right in their minds. Welcome to Miniso.
