      Horrendous management

      Pros

      Some of the co-workers are really nice, but what I can say is that most of them are suffering from their manager.

      Toxic management, most of them have ZERO professionalism, they don’t know the minimum knowledge to run the department, I don’t even know how they were hired, oh wait I know, they were old friends of the management, and guess what they go and hire more unqualified people that they were either friends with. Other toxic traits is like they care so much to look professional but they really have 0 idea of what is going on, and when I say 0 idea I really mean it. BTW the pay is really bad.

      Only pros: - cute stuff (not great quality tho) - discount - bonuses

      Cons

      - terrible management (local and area) - high turn over - does not care about the team, overworks them or under works them (gives them less contracted hours) - safety problems with delivery and stockrooms - not a sustainable brand with packaging in deliveries - doesn’t let workers have time off when they ask months or weeks in advance
