Other staff are nice to each other and help each other

Cons

- Management is all Chinese and treat you like dirt if you don't speak Mandarin - Can't speak to Area Manager or Managers properly because their english is horrible or can't even speak the language because they hire people from overseas - Communication between staff and management is non existent and they blame you if something isn't done - Staff get yelled at because management don't speak english properly and assume you know what they're saying - Area manager ignores unavailabilities and roster you on days when you literally cannot work - Rosters are sent the NIGHT BEFORE the week starts which is ridiculous

It is amazing working at Miniso as I gained the ability to work in really busy conditions especially in the Christmas season The employees are really nice I gained many skills such as team work, visual merchandising, and great work ethic

Cons

The only downside maybe that they was never clear instructions or work to do but it always seemed like I was creating myself work
