You will get to learn all negative things.

Cons

This company gives all false information to its clients about address, name. All suspicious financial operations are done from India regarding audits made from Indian Accounting team. Clients & consultants recruited suffer from heavy financial losses because of the illegal operations done from its third party agents from India. Do not follow any agreement terms and conditions & dishonest with clients and consultants. Lowest salary and benefits given.

Pros

I had a good experience with Miracle Systems. The pay was on par for the area. The leadership did not micromanage and easy to work with on issues.

Cons

Very hands off approach leads to employees feelings that they aren't appreciated, especially when the on site leadership is another contract.
