Good Company That Does Right by the Employee and Government Client

Company leadership maintains good communication with the government client. On site employees treated well and kept in the information loop. Company award bonus and recognition provided to top performers recognized by the government client.

Cons

Government services industry con is the jobs provided are based on client requirements and client funding levels. This put limitations on what government services companies may be able to do with respect to employee upward mobility and long term career management.
