Able to access jobs at federal agency/department

Cons

While performing the same duties as many federal workers, seemed like we received inferior compensation (including benefits) and certainly less job security. This is probably true across many federal contractor companies, but it is part of why I left.

A paycheck is received until your contract ends. The pay is on-time.

Cons

There is no formal growth in the company. The PM is not engaged and when you disclose problems at the client site, they ignore it until it becomes too much for the client. They do not honor legal obligations. They will ask a contractor to work above and beyond their scope of work, pay scale, and extra hours without being paid. They are slow to respond to issues. They also do not treat employees as an employee of the company. Once you get hired, you never engage with anyone else from Miracle.
