      Pros

      - Salaries above average, good benefits; - Company takes care about employees, no pressure, open for communication, transparent culture and internal processes; - We build together one of the best current international product loved by thousands; - Challenging tasks with strict high load requirements; - Awesome teammates hired carefully and thoroughly.

      Cons

      - In some teams you should be ready to work with monolith and legacy codebase, but from other side company goes to Microservice architecture, implements modern tech stack, open for your suggestions and gives time to reduce tech debt.

      Pros

      I joined Miro 2,5 years ago, and it was a thrilling and exciting company to work for. The air was electric. Your experience here is very much dependent on your team. I love working at Miro. I have a supportive leader, and have a good amount of career growth. My work life balance is incredible. I feel challenged by my work. We aren't micromanaged.

      Cons

      As we have matured as an organisation, it feels the essence of Miro is on its way out. American leadership who have no idea what this company meant coming in and stripping the life out of it. CPO joined, and coincidentally a layoff happened right away. No more internal events, or days off for our hard work. The biggest thing of all: no works council. Employees have repeatedly asked in public channels and always get a 'it's in the works' response. People working at Miro for longer than their colleagues are underpaid. Salary adjustments (if any) are around 3% based on merit.
