I think. the worklife balance is good! Also there's always the chance this company gets acquired or IPOs someday in the future

Cons

Leadership doesn't seem to know what it's doing. Also with growth being stagnant as with all enterprise apps the vibes aren't great. Go to market seems lost and throwing stuff at the wall that doesn't work

Product is adored by the user base. Well established name post-pandemic.

Cons

Limited runway, most of the TAM has been tapped. Product viewed as nice to have. Limited innovation. Hard sell into organizations that haven't used it. ICP is somewhat limited in terms of who would actually use the tool inside organizations.
