      Pros

      I've really enjoyed myself so far at Miro, you work with super smart people that are more than willing to help. I love the product!! - Clear direction for where we're headed as an organisation and accountability per function - Good systems and tools - Good benefits and all company/team events - Good financial position

      Cons

      - Sometimes approvals can take a while - Although there are good systems, there are a lot, especially for people related activities e.g. PTO, Onboarding etc

      Pros

      The company culture here is incredible, despite the explosive hiring! The interview process is long but thorough, and the onboarding period is the best I have ever experienced. They place a strong emphasis on internal mobility as well as employee referrals. Great benefits, pay and a lot of "start up" perks even as a large company. Leadership is transparent, and they are constantly soliciting feedback to improve the employee experience.

      Cons

      Growing pains are expected with such a massive expansion over the last few years, but from the top down they are open to suggestions and consistently improve regardless of your position or tenure.

      Pros

      - First, and the most important for me at this point, is the support of Ukrainian Mironeers. The company offered significant compensation for everyone who was in Ukraine the moment the war started. As someone affected, I felt a bit safer in terms of at least my financial situation. Also, everyday communication is excellent as well. The most important for my manager and Miro is that I am safe. No one pushed me to start working as soon as possible; I was able to take as much time as needed to adapt, relocate, and get things done. And this is something to appreciate. - Miro sets high goals, but the company gives you everything needed to achieve them, and you can be flexible and creative. - Relocation package is great
