The company takes great care of the employees, allowing them enough flexibility to be themselves and at the same time providing enough guidelines not to lose track of things. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, the values are well-defined, the benefits are rather generous, all of which results in the people who work at Miro wanting to do a good job for the sake of the product, the customers, and the team.

Cons

There are some positions in which the employees might have enough opportunities for growth within the company, so they have to look elsewhere.

Autonomy in your day-to-day, ability to influence your scope of work and make an impact with your expertise. From day 1 your input and feedback is appreciated and I have noticed that in general everyone in the company is not only open to feedback but actively soliciting it. Everything to improve the business and the product, which is a great mindset to have.

Cons

Can be quite overwhelming at the start with a ton of information coming your way, so that can feel a bit daunting. Staying the course and focusing on what matters most (#impact) is the best advice to give here.
