- A rocketship that is growing at an impeccable pace - A product that is driving change and creating immense value to millions of users - There is genuine intent as well as action to ensure this is a marathon and not a sprint - so we dont burnout and continue doing quality work - The team/ people at Miro are what make it special.

Cons

- Usual hyper-growth startup issues on Org/process changes - A bit more focus on AMS office as opposed to more distributed
